The Marble Slab experience starts with all products being made fresh in-store with Real Canadian Dairy. We offer more than 50 flavours of ice cream and 30 mixins - fruits, nuts, candies, chocolates and cookies - that add that extra something special to your treat We even bake and hand-roll our waffle cones in-store too

We are looking for upbeat, outgoing individuals who will serve our ice cream treats and provide exceptional customer service

Availability:

- Most shifts are evenings and weekends
- Must be available to work evenings until 1am both weekday and weekends
- Have reliable transportation *not all buses run late at night

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Prepare & serve our ice cream treats (cones, sundaes, cakes, milkshakes and smoothies) with a smile
- Ensure that all production tasks for the store are taken care of in both a timely manner ensuring that store inventory levels are met while safeguarding product quality, consistency and food safety
- Participate in the production of ice cream, cakes, cone making, baked goods and semi-prepared items (fresh cut strawberries, brownies, cookie dough)
- Ensure the store is being run both efficiently and effectively and the highest level of customer service is being met
- Ensure daily opening and closing lists are completed
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists
- Ensure customer areas of the store are clean and organized at all times
- Ensure production and service areas are cleaned and organized on a regular basis
- Adhere to all safety and food safety protocols
- Address customer service complaints & concerns

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.75 per hour
