Looking for help for my fencing company (primarily fencing, but we do decks, lean-tos, landscaping, concrete work). Must be reliable, have driver's license, and have own transportation. Pay based on experience, speed and efficiency. Must be fit, capable of working safely, and perform some heavy lifting tasks when needed. We frequently work with cedar and metal. We have an auger on a mini excavator to help with digging and lifting activities. Experience with: concrete mixing, landscaping, towing trailers, power saws and hand tools, jack hammer, welding, machines and mechanical maintenance, measurements/math/building from diagrams, team work, and supervisory skills are an asset. We mostly work within the CV area. Willing to train the right person. Potential for long-term position and company truck for transportation.
