**Job Description**:
This position will be responsible for:

- Identify customer requirements and provide profitable solutions
- Provide technical support to customers in Hydronic/HVAC products
- Previewing mechanical plans to build quotations for equipment specified on various projects
- Prepare heat loss calculations
- Hydronic system and piping design

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or equivalent
- High level of detail orientation and organization: able to prioritize deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a supportive team-based environment
- Strong work ethic and high regard to customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, and teammates

**Qualifications**:

- Industry related product knowledge
- Hydronics & HVAC product knowledge
- Sales experience
- Excel
- Infor software
