**JOB OVERVIEW**

As the first point of contact for our float plane airline, you will use your outgoing and friendly personality to greet all visitors and customers who call or visit in person.

Customers will look to you to answer questions, book various types of flights and fishing camp adventures, and offer accurate estimates. You must liaise as needed with all involved (pilots, dock hands), so resourcefulness, concentration skills and attention to details is of great importance to complete all bookings seamlessly.

Ultimately, your duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest standards of quality.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet all customers
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Formally and completely schedule all tourist flights and camp bookings
- Invoice for all flights and purchases made in our gift shop
- Work closely along side our flight and ramp teams to provide excellence for our guests

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of QuickBooks an asset
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Stress management skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in Office Management a plus
- Shift flexibility and availability to work weekends is required
- Be a good, fun and reliable team player

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- French not required

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
