Real Estate Front Desk Receptionist/admin

Caledon, Canada REMAX Full time

**Minimum one year experience working in a real estate office and reception and/or administrative experience.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Greeting all customers and other individuals entering the building and maintaining the visitor log
- Typing up offers, uploading listings, booking appointments and confirming appointments
- Operate Real Estate systems (MLS, Broker Bay, etc.,)
- Perform any other job functions as necessary to ensure continued smooth operation of the business.
- Assisting the broker/owner
- Monitor and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Processing receipts for all deposit
- Assisting with preparation trade record sheets and other required deals related documents
- Creating feature sheets & offers
- High Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Strong computer literacy)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Willing to learn/team player
- Excellent phone manner
- Great listening skills
- Speaks more than one language (preferred)
- Provide social media support (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
