**Full time Assembler positions are currently available for**:
**Day shift**: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm

**General Duties**:

- Perform cane assembly as per applicable work instructions and bills of material.
- Perform on the job training for inexperienced/new employees.
- Package parts as per work instructions, ensuring all proper labeling is in place.
- Provide general assistance to other employees as required.
- Communicate with on-coming operator any special instructions, part or machine problems.
- Do year end inventory counts.
- Participate on, or work with the Continuous Improvement Teams (provide ideas to continuously improve processes).
- Inform team leader if any components are low.
- Initiate repairs to equipment as necessary.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment as per instructions.
- Work on production floor if no work is available in Ambutech.

**Production Employee Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to communicate effective both written and orally
- Must be in regular and good attendance
- Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to act in accordance with Standard Procedures supporting company-wide Operational, Service and Safety guidelines
- A positive attitude and demonstration of core values including Integrity, Trust, Respect & Responsibility
- Repetitive Lifting & bending and able to stand for an entire shift
- Walking
- Visual, detailed inspection of parts
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Understanding of basic mathematics
- Able to work in a team environment
- Good manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing
