A locally owned uniform and footwear provider servicing government and private industries is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator.
- Providing general sales and administrative support and performing a wide variety of tasks
- Providing courteous front line customer service, and servicing inside sales.
- Using Microsoft Office programs: enter data, edit, revise, and print order forms, letters, memos, tables, and other material.
- Data entry of Sales Orders, Invoices, Receipts, Purchase Orders and other transactions and system data as required.
- Maintaining and updating customer and supplier files, and documents, including contract details
- Preparing reports
- Additional duties as assigned to help support the sales team, including but not limited to shipping/receiving.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- A graduate of an approved Office Administration/Professional Secretarial diploma preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail
- Initiative, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English would be considered an asset, but not a must.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
