They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties. **We want your talent**

**If you are great at**:

- Underwriting multi-line business across industry segments
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Building relationships with brokers
- Creating success in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Helping others develop through coaching and mentorship

**If you have**:

- 2-5 years of Underwriting experience in property, casualty, automobile
- Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation
- Strong customer service background
- Team-first mentality
- Small Business experience is a plus
