Addiction Counselor

**Duties**:
- Conduct Client assessments and develop individual treatment plans
- Facilitate group counselling sessions
- Provide Group and individual counselling
- Maintain ongoing follow-up contact with clients and treatment partner
- Professional standards in documentation and charting
- Prepare final reports and correspondence with PMC and treatment partner
- Maintain and coordinate mental health services
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Program Director
**Qualifications**:
- A related University degree and/or Diploma/certificate in the addiction
- Certified or Registered with a college is an asset
- 1 years + related experience
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
