**Hi, Future Homie**

As a Homie, you'll be part of an **_unstoppable_** team that puts customers first, embraces each day with excitement, and strives for excellence in everything you do. We're revolutionizing the way small businesses manage their teams and grow their business. What this means for you is a shared passion for innovation and making a difference for the people we serve. So what do you say, will you join us on our mission to empower small businesses?

We are building out our Analytics team at Homebase, which compromises GTM (Marketing, Sales & Support), Product, & Revenue Analytics. As an analyst in one of these functional pods, you will partner closely with a group of cross-functional stakeholders (PMs, GMs of business lines, CxOs, Strategic Finance & Biz Ops) to drive insights, maintain data integrity, stand up and improve reporting, and provide key recommendations to your business partners.

**As a Homie, you are a bar raiser, which means you come with**
- 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical role such as GTM Analytics, RevOps, or BizOps at a high-growth startup, Business Intelligence at a large enterprise, management consulting, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively convey complex analyses to PMs, GMs, CxOs, and other key stakeholders
- Expertise with analytical and BI tools such as Looker (or equivalents like Tableau or Power BI), and Amplitude
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Redshift, Databricks, and dbt (or equivalents like Snowflake or BigQuery)
- Familiarity with / an understanding of a product-led growth business model in a B2B SaaS company and relevant metrics and best practices
- Track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, identifying and resolving issues on your own, and generating results & insights
- Clear demonstration of taking on more responsibility and ownership in past roles, with experience providing analytic leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other peers
- Experience standing up data, analytics, and insights for 0 to 1 initiatives (e.g., new product launches/modules, new business lines, new acquisition channels, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Math, and Data Analysis, or another quantitative field
- Resourceful, fundamentally curious, and relentless in understanding the "why". Possesses a sense of urgency in line with our value of "No Day Wasted"
- A lover of local businesses - supporting and building great products for them

**As a Homie, you will make an impact by**
- Becoming a product expert via defining, operationalizing, and analyzing key metrics that will drive the success of our existing and new features. Generating hypotheses, identifying growth opportunities and making recommendations based on data, working closely with product teams or functional stakeholders
- Helping our teams understand our business performance and set our product strategy
- Championing a self-serve data culture by designing, documenting, and implementing new metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into business and product performance
- Scaling existing systems and processes - or helping build new ones from the ground up - to facilitate our customer growth and take our analytics efforts to the next level
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and other key opportunities such as new product launches, new expansion efforts, etc.
- Preparing executive-level presentations that communicate and explain the overall health and success of Homebase's product efforts
- The role will require you to maintain a delicate balance between addressing short-term high-priority tactical business needs with pioneering longer-term initiatives requiring "big-picture" thinking
