Evening Custodian/cleaner

**Evening Custodial Cleaners**

This is a cleaning position in the city of Beaumont Alberta.
- Hours: 4 pm to 12 am (8 hours / day)
- Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Snow removal only from entrances in the evening

Floor duties - Carpet cleaning, Scrub floors, Strip and Wax

Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings

Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.

Operate other industrial equipment as required like an auto scrubber

Empty trash cans and other waste containers

Clean, disinfect, and polish bathroom and kitchen fixtures

High dusting of lights and air vents

Deep Clean during Summer

Other maintenance duties and required

**Requirements**:

- Cleaning Experience
- Good communication
- **French speaking**:

- A Driver's License is required
- Must pass criminal record check. **(Police Vulnerable check and Intervention check)**)
- Excellent opportunities for advancement.
