**Essential Job Functions**:
**Warehousing**
- Organize and Store Inventory: Unbox and store goods in designated locations to maintain an organized warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stocked products, shipments, and receipts; report discrepancies or missing items.
- Quality Assurance: Verify incoming shipments by comparing invoices to orders, ensuring all goods are in excellent condition.
- Packing and Shipping: Properly pack items according to company standards to ensure safe delivery.
- Database Maintenance: Accurately update and maintain the company’s stock and inventory database.
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and process items from the warehouse for shipment.

**Delivery**
- Timely Deliveries: Deliver packages to customers efficiently while adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service during deliveries, addressing any customer concerns or issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and delivery protocols, ensuring safe and accurate delivery of packages.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance

**Service**
- Technical Support: Diagnose, repair, and service products and equipment at customer locations.
- Customer Interaction: Answer inquiries, assist clients, and promote company services.
- Problem Solving: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues, evaluate information, and resolve technical problems.
- Maintenance and Repair: Order necessary parts, replace faulty components, and ensure machinery and equipment are in good working order.
- Skill Development: Continuously improve technical and mechanical skills to stay updated with industry standards.

**Education and Work Experience**: High school diploma or GED. Must have a valid class 5 license or better. Clean driving Abstract required. Experience using diagnostic tools and maintaining technical equipment is considered an asset. Fork Lift Certification is considered an asset.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: Requirements include; being mechanically inclined, successful completion of internal training programs, ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused approach, with the ability to address issues and provide solutions effectively. A proven willingness and ability to make sound business judgments. Exhibits a high level of integrity, mutual respect, and employee teamwork at all times. Displays a professional image. Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding company expectations, goals and objectives.
- **Physical Demands/Working Conditions**:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required for long periods of time to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, climb, and lift, use hands to finger, handle controls; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. PPE includes: safety goggles, gloves, respirator, and CSA approved work boots hearing protection. The standard work week is 40 hours, with no variation in weekly hours. However, some overtime may be required, including a willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
