Job Title: Sales co-ordinator

Doubletree by Hilton Edmonton Downtown is looking for an energetic and detail oriented co-ordinator to work in our sales department. The succesfull person will work with our sales team and will be customer facing. Main tasks will be;
- Detail customer requirements
- Distribute booking details to hotel team
- Assist the Sales Team in admin duties
- Assist the Sales Team in Hotel site Tours
- Liase with clients to ensure satisfaction is exceeded
- Ensure all payment deadlines are met
- Be fully entrenched in all Hilton systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation
- Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Monitor and track the progress of production activities, identifying any issues or bottlenecks and implementing solutions
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that products meet established standards
- Prepare reports and documentation related to production activities, including inventory levels, production costs, and performance metrics

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in retail math calculations, including pricing, margins, markups, and discounts
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
