The Sales and Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for growing Techify by finding new clients for our Intelligent Technology program. That includes developing and nurturing a healthy pipeline of potential deals and building relationships with referral partners to feed that pipeline.

**Things You Might Have Done Last Week if You Had Worked Here**:

- Worked closely with the sales team to prospect, progressed deals through the pipeline and strategized how to hit quarterly and annual sales targets
- Developed a video to help get our proactive message across
- Used our CRM system to reach out to someone you have not spoken to in a few months
- Used social media to connect with a prospect in a different way
- Attended a weekly sales meeting to strategize on deals in the pipeline and how to grow that pipeline

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary plus commission on deals closed
