**Position Description**:

The Admin Support 11 (ADS11) supports a diverse range of activities within the offices of the Directors of Clinical Programs. It serves as a liaison with other program managers, hospital staff, physicians and community partners, ensuring that all administrative functions at this senior level are coordinated with efficiency, professionalism and confidentiality.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Completion of a 2-year post-secondary program Diploma in Medical Office Administration - Health Services
- Five (5) years recent related experience providing administrative support in a senior level administration office with ability to manage a busy workload required.
- Medical terminology certificate required.
- Certificates of completion for ongoing computer training required.
- Advanced skill level in MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint, MSAccess, and Adobe required.
- Advanced skill level typing required.
- Clerical testing may be required as part of the selection process.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships while handling multiple tasks, conflicting priorities and frequent interruptions required.
- Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammatical aptitude, good spelling and punctuation required.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and excellence in critical thinking skills and independent judgment required.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and problem solving skills, with ability to set own priorities and work with mínimal supervision required.
**WAGE RATE**:
$28.82...$30.09...$31.36
