As a Scrum Master you will need to be able to build strong relationships with a variety of partners on the project. From technical to business partners. You will need to be adaptable and act as a connection point between business and technical teams.

What you will do:
- Influence optimal project outcomes- Prepare sprint reports and status reports- Set up effective communication on the project updates with the relevant partners- Run scrum meetings, scrum of scrums, retrospectives and other meetings in the agile framework- Enforce the ACF (Aviva change framework) compliance across the board- Build critical path for the project and ensure that the project is tracking well against it- Report any risks and issues to senior leadership- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
What you will bring:
- Experience in running a complex, multi-million dollar technology initiative- Experience in the agile framework- Sound technical knowledge of IT delivery and sound business knowledge of general insurance.- Excellent presentation skills- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and the office suite- Experience in working with vendors and system integrators- Preference in background in pricing and data science.
What you’ll get:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $79,500 to $147,700.
