**SCOPE OF THE POSITION**:
The Product Development Documentation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Product Development department by assisting in the maintenance of the ingredient and product databases both within our business and those of our customers.

**THE MANDATE**:

- Upload and manage technical documents related to ingredients and finished products
- Develop and implement best practices in regards to ingredients data management
- Maintain accurate technical information on Genesis and SharePoint, ensure allergens are reflected correctly and maintain log of changes
- Proactively reach out to vendor network to coordinate appropriate documentation for sourced materials
- Update and maintain quality parameters in internal systems and documentation required for production
- New system and Item set ups (BOMs, quality parameters and production work instructions) in internal systems (DAX, Genesis)
- Assist in the product development process, as required

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related education/experience
- Ideally 2-3 years prior experience within the food industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- High attention to detail
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Passionate about continuous learning and maintaining familiarity with regulatory landscape
- Training for Genesis and other Skjodt-Barrett systems will be provided
