AC Custom Renovations is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Lead Hand to join our team. As a Construction Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. If you have a strong work ethic, extensive knowledge of tool operation and basic construction principles, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic construction team, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of construction workers to accomplish project goals efficiently and effectively.
- Operate a variety of construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects, including the allocation of resources and materials.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as framing, concrete work, and general site preparation as needed.
- Monitor and report project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns to the project manager.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with construction plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a construction lead hand or supervisory role.
- Proficient knowledge of tool operation and basic construction principles.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the construction industry.

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
