- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
- Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers and excavators, to assist with construction tasks
- Assist with the construction of various structures, including roads, sidewalks, and buildings
- Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and equipment
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure team members are following safety guidelines

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in paving, heavy equipment operation, and building construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in using construction tools and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions

**Salary**: Up to $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
