**Mid-Tier Account Manager**

**About Us**: At Imports Dragon, we've been spreading smiles through toys and games since 1998. Our friendly team in Boisbriand, Canada, creates and shares toys and games bringing joy to kids of all ages.

**Job Overview**: We're on the lookout for a seasoned Account Manager with **experience in the toy industry** to help us nurture and expand our mid-tier accounts. As an Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for our mid-tier clients, making sure our products, programs, and promotions align with their needs.

You'll work hand in hand with our clients and various teams within Imports Dragon to ensure our products reach customers on time and successfully. You'll also collaborate with our CEO to improve our internal processes, meet sales goals, and help our business grow.

**Key Responsibilities**: Your role will include:

- Being the main point of contact for our mid-tier clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers.
- Ensuring a smooth flow of our products to clients by following their operational systems.
- Keeping track of important sales metrics, like monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and forecasts.
- Setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Creating customized business plans to achieve all our objectives.
- Helping resolve any issues and providing solutions to clients promptly.
- Offering suggestions to enhance our sales performance and spot growth opportunities.
- Managing promotional budgets according to our company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **toy industry** is an absolute **REQUIREMENT.**:

- Good command of English language (written and spoken), bilingualism is an asset.
- A proven record of successful sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and databases.
- Experience in category management and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Some financial management and budgeting know-how.
- Previous work experience as an account manager.
- A problem-solving attitude with a good sense of business.

En tant que Gestionnaire de Compte, vous serez la personne de référence pour nos clients de niveau intermédiaire, en vous assurant que nos produits, programmes et promotions répondent à leurs besoins.

Vous travaillerez main dans la main avec nos clients et les différentes équipes au sein d'Imports Dragon pour garantir que nos produits atteignent les clients à temps et avec succès. Vous collaborerez également avec notre PDG pour améliorer nos processus internes, atteindre nos objectifs de vente et aider notre entreprise à croître.

**Responsabilités Clés**: Votre rôle inclura:

- Être le principal point de contact pour nos clients de niveau intermédiaire.
- Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec nos acheteurs.
- Assurer un flux sans heurts de nos produits auprès des clients en suivant leurs systèmes opérationnels.
- Suivre d'importants indicateurs de vente, tels que les ventes mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, ainsi que les prévisions.
- Définir et surveiller les objectifs de vente.
- Rendre compte de l'état des comptes et des transactions.
- Créer des plans d'affaires personnalisés pour atteindre tous nos objectifs.
- Aider à résoudre les problèmes et à fournir des solutions aux clients rapidement.
- Offrir des suggestions pour améliorer notre performance commerciale et repérer des opportunités de croissance.
- Gérer les budgets promotionnels conformément à nos politiques d'entreprise.

**Qualifications**: Nous aimerions que vous ayez:

- Une expérience dans **l'industrie du jouet** est une **EXIGENCE** absolue.
- Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit).
- Un dossier prouvé d'expérience réussie en vente.
- De solides compétences en communication et en établissement de relations.
- De la compétence dans l'utilisation des outils MS Office, y compris Excel, PowerPoint, Word et les bases de données.
