C2 Recycling is looking for an Equipment Operator (Loader/Excavator) to join our team in Edmonton at our East Recycling Facility. The position is entry/intermediate level and will provide ample opportunity to learn. Our company operates recycling and environmental management facilities in the Capital Region and we are looking for a team member to join and grow with us.

The Operator will be responsible for client interactions at or construction waste recycling facility. These duties will include:

- Operation of heavy equipment
- Inbound material sorting operations
- Site cleanliness and maintenance, equipment maintenance
- General safety duties
- Working with the operations team

We want someone dynamic, ambitious, reliable, and willing to learn. Requirements for the position include:

- **At least 5 years experience running heavy equipment, preference to those who have worked in the waste management or recycling industry**:

- Individuals who have a dedicated focus to safety and are willing to take on C2 Recycling’s safety culture
- The ability to lift 50 lbs
- The willingness to work outdoors and in heavy equipment year-round

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour
