As we continue to grow, we are seeking a **Director, **Total Rewards** to join our Human Resources team. This role is based at **Burnaby** or **Toronto **North York head Offices (on-site position).

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategy & Planning**: Design and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with our business objectives and market standards.
- ** Compensation & Benefits**: Oversee compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits (health, retirement, wellness).
- ** Executive Compensation**: Manage executive pay, stock options, and related programs to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- ** Employee Engagement**: Develop communication strategies to help employees understand the value of total rewards.
- ** Data & Reporting**: Analyze compensation data, track program effectiveness, and present insights to senior management.
- ** Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, HR, Business, etc.); Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of total rewards experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Certification (CCP, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or PHR) is preferred.
- Experience in large multinational organizations; dental or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

- Ability to build relationships with executives and teams.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
