**Responsibilities**:

- Serve inbound calls from customers.
- Provide fair and accurate information to customers and respond to questions.
- Use good judgment when dealing with customers.
- Maintain a pleasant, professional tone of voice when talking with customers and take their concerns seriously.
- Monitor the status of incoming calls and accurately log information on such calls.
- Take advantage of training opportunities to enhance performance.
- Be a team player.

**The position involves**:

- Manage inbound calls to resolve enquires
- Providing support and solutions to customers’ queries
- Accurately updating customer information
- Handle warranty enquiries
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer warranty claims are handled correctly
- Handling inbound calls from customers and retail stores

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Prior experience within a customer service, administration or retail role
- The ability to handle a large volume of calls
- Excellent communication skills (both Written and Verbal)
- Intermediate computer skills
- A strong work ethic together with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve over the phone
- Drivers licence is highly advantageous

**Salary**: $22.53-$27.23 per hour
