Longhaul Dispatcher

**Position Description Summary**

The Longhaul Dispatcher will work within a team and together with the team will be responsible for the planning, booking, entering, dispatching and following up of all loads for the Longhaul Fleet.

The individual must be comfortable with and have the ability to develop relationships with the Croway Office Team, Croway Drivers and Croway Customers.

Computer skills and attention to detail are a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Book and plan loads for trucks to keep the fleet moving and limit out of route miles and down time
- Use Croway’s dispatch system to enter orders and trips, update orders and trips and dispatch drivers
- Use Loadlink and other load boards as needed to find and book loads
- Be comfortable with and be able to use the Samsara platform to monitor and ensure HOS and other safety compliance measures
- Use BorderConnect to process ACI and ACE Manifests
- Book Pick up & Delivery appointments and assure they are made on time.
- Resolve any issues as they arise

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
