**The Opportunity**:
This is a key role within the Project Management Team and one which is integral to the short
- and long-term success of the organization and its 2020-25 strategic plan. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project Leader II will provide a lead role in managing and implementing projects for clients.
The Project Leader II works closely with the business development team ensuring there is a clear understanding by each of the key skills required and available for projects. The Project Leader II will coordinate and organize resources in a manner that ensures the success of each project in accordance with PAMI’s ISO quality system.

**Key Competencies**:

- Strong business and people management skills and over 5 years of experience in project management.
- Provide expertise and leadership during projects by scheduling internal resources, preparing and managing budgets.
- As a functional manager, have a standard understanding of processes to resolve issues, motivate others and establish relevant key performance indicators.
- A champion of best people, practices, systems, and processes. Safety
- Strong communication (written, oral, presentation) skills with the ability to effectively engage at a variety of management levels and with a range of audiences.
- Developed interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues, contractors and clients.

**Education**:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma (in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management, or other related discipline).
- Project Management Professional designation is considered an asset
