As we continue to expand, we're seeking a passionate and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our exciting journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the management to create captivating content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, for various online platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and generate insightful reports to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate and support event planning and execution, from concept development to logistics coordination and post-event analysis.
- Assist in managing relationships with artists, performers, vendors, and partners in the music and film industry.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative projects, marketing initiatives, and events.
- Assist in budget management and allocation for various projects and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Support the Management in overseeing day-to-day operations and team coordination.
- Contributes in establishing company processes and policies.
- And all other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Film, Music, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1 years) in marketing, social media management, film, events, and the music industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro) or Canva is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with artists, partners, and colleagues.
- Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to changing scenarios.
- A genuine passion for the entertainment industry and a finger on the pulse of emerging trends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
