Reporting to the Pharmacentre Manager, you will be an integral member of the Pharmacy team and will be accountable to technical aspects of drug distribution.

**Here’s what you will get to do **
- Deliver quality patient care and excellent customer service
- Enhance patient outcomes by ensuring the accuracy, quality, integrity and timeliness prescription filling
- Duties as a Pharmacy Technician: Gather and enter pertinent patient and prescription information into the dispensing system, billing of prescriptions, filling prescriptions, assist with prescription pick up and cash duties as required
- Assistance in maintaining accurate ordering and inventory
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge & Experience Required**
- Registered, Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Experience in a retail pharmacy (preferred)
- Retail experience with oral Oncology medications (preferred)
- Knowledge with patient assistant oncology programs (preferred)
- Experience with blister packing medications
- Ability to handle a variety of complex tasks and issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting conflicting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in providing exceptional patient centred care
- Satisfactory performance and attendance required
