Civil Project Manager

Job Title: Civil Project Manager
**Duties**:
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct technical writing and documentation for project
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets for tracking and costing
- Collaborate with management to gather requirements and ensure project alignment
- Utilize Project for project scheduling and resource allocation
- Provide guidance and support to construction manager throughout the project lifecycle
- Issues purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
- Attend project meetings and liaise with owners/engineers
- Code and approve invoices
**Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction or related role
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
- Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheet
- Experience in estimating and Heavy Bid is an asset
- Proficiency in Project for project scheduling and resource allocation
- Experience in cost coding and report analysis
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
