Overview:
As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials into trucks, hoppers, or railcars. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that materials are loaded safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate heavy machinery and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate loaders to load and transport various materials such as sand, gravel, or rocks.
- Ensure that materials are loaded safely and efficiently, and that production goals are met.
- Maintain and operate the loader in a safe and effective manner.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably loaders.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to operate loaders in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
