**How will you contribute to the team?**

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Administrator is responsible for complex administrative support duties in all procurement systems. They provide support to Buyers, Order Administrators, Expeditors and Management. They handle and safeguard sensitive financial information on behalf of the Procurement department_. _
- Clerical duties related to Procurement activities including Requisitions, PO's, CO's.
- Support to Procurement Management and Quality Management.
- Processing Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Custodian of Proposal submission inbox
- Material control administrator
- Supplier Documentation registration in Document Management System
- Support to Logistics
- Invoicing and Accounts Payable activities interfacing with Finance and Shared Services (AP).
- Create and issue small dollar, best commercial goods purchase orders, including Punch out and Pcard.
- Create and Issue non-complex Procurement packages, including Best Commercial, low level QA program requirements, Punchout and pcard.
- Create and Issue Change Orders
- Interface with Project Team and Requesters
- Expediting of non-complex goods and services
- Assisting the Procurement Manager in other procurement related tasks such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Category Management, Spend analysis and KPI,, etc.

**What will you contribute?**
- Currently studying in Post-Secondary
- Entry level procurement experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and database entry.
- Minimum Buyer experience and knowledge
- Requires Procurement Mentor
