Job Title: Boilermaker

Location: South Edmonton

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our team. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other heavy metal structures according to specifications and industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and assemble boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other heavy metal structures using blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
- Inspect and test completed boilers and pressure vessels to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Install and maintain boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels in various industrial and commercial settings.
- Repair and replace defective parts of boilers and pressure vessels using hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate various types of equipment such as welding machines, cutting torches, and grinders to perform fabrication and repair work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to understand project requirements.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion or ongoing study of a recognized apprenticeship program in Boilermaking or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabricating, installing, maintaining, and repairing boilers, pressure vessels, and tanks.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to boilermaking.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Journeyman certification in Boilermaking or a related trade is a plus.
