Marketing

IT
Partner in helping to lead the way. You will be working on unique and transformative IT projects matching all levels of skill and ambition, we've taken on the spirit of a start-up, with the freedom to craft and define our digital future, but with the support and scope of a vast global business, the possibilities are limitless. Most importantly you will be working on exciting projects.
People & Cultures (HR)
In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer-focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together, and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. It’s an exciting, ever-changing environment - ideal for HR aspiring talents who are driven, disruptive, and dynamic. If you’re excited by the challenge of shaping things from the ground up, you’ll be in your element here. There’s endless space to develop and work on real projects.
External Affairs
External Affairs is a growing team, full of fresh opportunities. We have stakeholders to talk to and brave new messages to share. We need future talented people who are also excited by our sense of purpose to help expand our influence - on the media, legislators, health professionals, national governments, and public policy-makers. As our work evolves, there’s space to define your role and satisfy your professional curiosity. You’ll be working across functions surrounded and supported by experts in everything from fiscal affairs and illicit trade to sustainability and public health legislation
Commercial
Be part of the digital, omnichannel team that’s driving our huge commercial transformation. If you’re a forecaster and forward-thinker, you can make a huge impact, creating sales strategies across all markets. Do you love data analysis and process improvement? At RHB your innovation will do more than just improve sales. In the commercial, you will understand the complex functioning of an International company, you will be part of a concrete project and help many different stakeholders.
Consumer
The consumer is completely part of our business, built to pioneer new products as we strive to build our smoke-free future. We’re the connection with customers, turning our understanding of different markets and customer motivations into effective marketing and commercial strategy. We’re driving forward our revolution.
