We are seeking an Auxiliary Recreation Facility Attendant to support of a variety of recreation programs and carry out public relations and custodial duties in our municipal recreation facilities and parks. These positions are responsible for providing assistance to user groups and the general public; building security; program registrations, and setting up equipment for programs, activities and special events. They will also oversee and support the recreational gym operations and be required to deal tactfully and diplomatically with a variety user groups and participants.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and customer service skills, work well independently and have the ability to perform physical labour associated with special event set up and tear down.

**Current on call availability to work shifts scheduled Monday to Friday, between 3:15pm - 9:45pm** **and/or Saturdays between 8:00 am - midnight.**

**_Facility Attendant - $23.31 per hour (plus 10% in lieu following 15 days worked)_**
