- Previous experience as a tax preparer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using tax preparation software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
