The RMA Warehouse Worker is expected to assist the operations of the RMA Repair Center by receiving, placing stock, and recording the returned Credit and Repair units. The RMA Repair Warehouse Worker also assists the inventory control, by sorting, counting, recording, and organizing parts and units.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- RMA receiving:_
- Receive Customer returned Credit and Repair units in the RMA system, receive all packages same day when delivered
- Place the Credit and Repair unit in separated stock
- Use RMA system to record models, quantities, and RMA numbers received
- Basic test of returned credit units when available
- RMA inventory control:_
- Understand internal part numbers, organize and sort inventory by model, status, and aging
- Spare parts inventory control, including spare parts sorting, counting and organizing
- Use scan guns to record inventory serial number and material codes
- RMA shipping:_
- Prepare repair report and packing slip, ship the repaired units back to customer
- Ship the replacement units or accessories to customer if needed
- Ship Stock rotation units to partners

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse environment
- Willing to work flexible schedules
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as needed
- Dependable and coachable with excellent personal and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- This is a full-time position and may require overtime work when needed.
- This position operates in a warehouse environment located in Mississauga, Ontario.
- This role routinely uses standard office and warehouse equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.
