**General Information**:
The Learning and Development Intern will be the central point of contact in a variety of learning and development initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting the strategy, development, implementation, management, communications, and administration of new training programs and initiatives.
Internship duration: 12 months, starting October, 2023 (possibility of extension)
**Responsibilities**:
- Development and delivery of training and resources.-
- Assess training needs and work with the Training Manager to develop adept training solutions.-
- Participate in developing various training components, ensuring quality training is created and deadlines are met. Participate in training for internal support teams.-
- Create communications to promote our training products, programs and services offered.**Qualifications**:
- Pursuing a bachelor degree in Adult learning - 2nd or 3rd year.-
- Desire to or experience in working with instructional design process and adult learning principles.-
- Desire to increase your skill developing training resources using a Learning Management System and eLearning software.-
- Excellent organizational, research, writing, editing and instructional design skills.-
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the desire to deepen your presentation and training experience.-
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to work under strict time and production deadlines while producing quality deliverables. **More about us**
