**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for stroke survivors to determine individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address communication and swallowing challenges.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to enhance understanding and participation in the rehabilitation process.
- Conduct home visits, fostering a holistic approach to stroke care tailored to the client's environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing.
- Specialization or certification in stroke care is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in providing speech and language therapy, particularly in stroke rehabilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and their families.
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to conduct home visits.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $82.50-$150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
