We are currently seeking snow clearing members to join our team. As a crew member you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to clear snow and ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of a variety of equipment. **Responsibilities**:

- Readiness to work flexible night shifts according to the weather, outdoors in all conditions.
- Ability to work with a team and independently as needed
- Treating clients kindly
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of truck and trailer
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

**In the summer months**:

- Raking leaves, clearing debris, and performing general clean-up of landscaped areas
- Ability to pay attention to detail while constructing and renovating outdoor spaces
- Installing sod, mulch, rocks, and other materials
- Moving materials around jobsites
- Preparing ground and spaces for landscaping
- Maintaining lawns and outdoor greenspaces by mowing, trimming, and edging
- Pruning and trimming plants and trees to promote growth and maintain their appearance
- Operating, maintaining, and respecting landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, hand tools and more

**Job requirements**:

- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Take pride in your work with attention to detail and good problem solving skills in order to provide excellent service for our customers
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience landscaping or grounds maintenance along with general knowledge of the industry helps
- Great social skills and a positive attitude (You will be spending long days with our team members so make it enjoyable)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work outdoors for 10-12 hours/day
- Reliable transportation to our shop in Northwest Calgary at all hours.
- Clean driving record and class 5 license preferred
- Trailer driving experience is a bonus
- Experience operating equipment is a bonus
- Cell phone with camera and service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
