A busy dog training and boarding facility is looking for a part time Kennel Assistant to join our team. The position is responsible for the hygiene of the kennel, boarding, training and reception space.
Job Duties: Cleaning of kennel space and training facility. They will support and assist senior kennel staff with feeding and health check of dogs. Complete end of shift duties in a timely fashion.
Job Skills: Must have a passion for dogs and be comfortable interacting with all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Seeking reliable, hard worker with strong communication skills who can take direction and work well independently.
Hours: afternoon shift 2:00 - 7:00 weekdays and some weekend shifts when needed
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
