Internally referred to as Hand Builder/Nailer/Pallet Assembler
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:30pm - 6:15am.
Employees are responsible for manually assembling a variety of pallets, skids and crates throughout their shift, earning piecework for every assembled product. Placing wood into slats of machine, ensuring planks are the right side up for the product, fill machine with nails, watch for jams or board breaks.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, repetitive work
- Must be physically fit as the job demands heavy lifting up to 50 pounds

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
