We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Entertainment and Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager. As the Entertainment and F&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and cost savings across nine diverse F&B businesses within our organization. Your primary focus will be on optimizing food and liquor costs, implementing efficient inventory management practices, and ensuring exceptional entertainment experiences for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:
Revenue Optimization:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue across all F&B businesses, with a particular focus on ticket sales/cover charges for entertainment events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, attract more customers, and increase footfall to F&B establishments.

Cost Savings and Efficiency:

- Monitor and analyze food cost of sale, liquor cost of sale, and other related expenses across all F&B outlets.
- Identify areas of cost savings without compromising the quality of service and guest experience.
- Implement inventory management best practices to reduce waste and optimize stock levels.

Entertainment Liaison:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with DJs, performers, and entertainment partners.
- Coordinate with entertainment providers to secure favorable deals, negotiate cost-effective DJ riders, and manage event costs.

Event Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of entertainment events and special promotions across F&B outlets.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to meet event requirements and deliver outstanding experiences.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Prepare regular financial reports and present performance data to the Director of F&B Operations.
- Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies.

Training and Development:

- Collaborate with F&B outlet managers to enhance their understanding of revenue-driving and cost-saving measures.
- Conduct training sessions on entertainment event management and upselling techniques.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations in F&B outlets and entertainment events.
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer service and entertainment experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in F&B management, entertainment event planning, and revenue optimization.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and budget management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with entertainment partners and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, increase profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in managing multiple F&B businesses or outlets will be an advantage.

Reporting:
The Entertainment and Food and Beverage Manager will report directly to the Director of F&B Operations.
