En tant qu’agent de liaison médicale (MSL) de GSK, votre rôle consistera à être une ressource scientifique clé pour les spécialistes canadiens en Hématologie/Oncologie médicale. Vos trois principales tâches consistent à : 1) répondre aux demandes d'informations scientifiques approfondies dans le domaine des hémopathies malignes; 2) discuter et mettre en contexte les nouvelles données issues de conférences scientifiques, de publications et du pipeline de GSK afin d’assurer une solide compréhension externe de la manière dont la science s'intègre dans la pratique clinique; 3) favoriser la capture d'informations scientifiques importantes provenant de l’environnement externe afin de soutenir les efforts de recherche de GSK et d’éclairer la stratégie médicale globale. En tant que MSL à GSK, vous êtes devrez avoir un impact en établissant des échanges scientifiques solides, en améliorant la compréhension scientifique de nos données par les professionnels de la santé et en soutenant des soins optimaux pour les personnes vivant avec des hémopathies malignes au Canada.

**RESPONSABILI**TÉS CLÉS DU POSTE**:
En tant que MSL à GSK, vous devrez
- Identifier, établir et entretenir des relations scientifiques entre pairs avec des principaux experts externes en Hématologie/Oncologie en fournissant des échanges scientifiques et en stimulant l'impact pour les patients avec les normes les plus élevées de l'industrie conformément aux valeurs, politiques, normes, lois et réglementations applicables de GSK.
- Être agile et adaptable pour apporter de la valeur à un continuum de parties prenantes internes et externes de manière non promotionnelle et être réactif aux demandes d'informations scientifiques et médicales non sollicitées.
- Servir d'interface principale entre la communauté des soins de santé de votre territoire et les équipes internes de GSK pour recueillir des informations qui éclairent les stratégies commerciales actuelles et futures.
- Assister et fournir un soutien scientifique à des expositions médicales et à des sessions scientifiques lors de conférences médicales régionales, nationales et internationales, selon les besoins.
- Fournir une formation scientifique aux représentants commerciaux de GSK concernant les produits GSK et les affections qu'ils traitent en utilisant du matériel de formation commerciale approuvé.

**QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE**:

- ** Un diplôme scientifique d'études supérieures avancées (MD, PhD, PharmD), un permis de conduire canadien valide et une solide maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (scientifique et technique) sont requis pour ce poste car vous devrez effectuer des travaux dans les deux langues officielles avec des experts externes.**
- Une aptitude exceptionnelle à appliquer et à exploiter l'information scientifique et médicale tout en établissant une crédibilité scientifique par le biais de discussions et de débats entre pairs est essentielle.
- Indépendant et possédant une réflexion prospective qui se concentre sur la planification des projets stratégiques et la gestion du territoire, dans le but de développer de solides relations professionnelles avec des experts externes.
- Excellent orateur public, avec des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de présentation scientifique.
- Compétences relationnelles exceptionnelles avec un accent sur le travail d'équipe et l'exécution stratégique du plan des affaires médicales dans votre territoire respectif.
- Connaissance de la réglementation régissant l'échange d'informations médicales avec les professionnels de la santé au sein de l'environnement pharmaceutique canadien.
- Solides compétences en matière de négociation, de leadership et d'organisation.
- Familiarité avec les processus de remboursement des médicaments au Canada.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et capacité à se déplacer sur tout le territoire jusqu'à 70% du temps.

**QUALIFICATIONS PRÉFÉRÉES**:

- Une expérience antérieure d’au moins 2 ans est préférable dans un poste d'affaires médicales ou dans un milieu universitaire où des relations/liens sont bien établis avec des professionnels de la santé en Hématologie/Oncologie.
