Job Overview:
We, at La Connexion Francophone French daycare, are seeking a passionate and dedicated Francophone speaking **Early Childhood** **Teache**r to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate program plans and activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and engagement
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess student progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
- Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and Ministry guidelines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in French

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only french speaking people and local people will be considered

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

- Secondary School (preferred)
