Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
