**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with territory sales representatives to identify potential opportunities and secure contracts for supplying equipment related to shutdowns.
- Conduct presentations to clients, showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, electrical and mechanical requirements, and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding the selection, use, and maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and establish a strong professional network.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related field.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as experience in the shutdown and onsite tool crib environment.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Conditions of Employment**:
**- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience within the industrial tools and/or rental industry**

**- Ability to travel within Ontario.**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary depending on experience $95,000-115,000
- Year-end bonus
- Company vehicle with gas card
- Expense card
- Laptop and Cell phone

Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
