Dex Clothing, a leading fashion company, is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- **Assist with Network Infrastructure Maintenance**: Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
- **Server Management**: Server hardware maintenance, administer servers in multi-platform environments, including virtualization environments.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related projects and initiatives. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders
- **Maintain accurate inventory** of enterprise infrastructure assets, hardware and software lifecycle and infrastructure adherence to internal policies standards
- **User Support**: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with software installations, and resolving network connectivity problems.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Keep documentation up to date with changes and improvements made to the system.

**Qualifications**
- Must have hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting understanding of AD, DHCP, DNS, File server, Access permission, Vlans, Wireless, VOIP, TS, VPN, Backup Veeam.
- Good knowledge of Network environment (network implementation, support and management, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocol, router and switch management)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, 11, MS office suites, desktops and laptops, smartphones, tablets, multifunction printers, video conferencing services
- Good knowledge of MS Windows Server 2008 to 2022, virtual and physical
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Visual2000, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of network protocols, routing, and security principles.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and methodologies.
- Experience with backup/restore solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual, written and spoken in French and English

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
