**Job Description**:
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS

**Primary scorecard metrics**: Thorough campaign tracking and analysis - open rates, click rate, conversion rates and revenue delivered to the business
Ensure creative is on brand, uses the Indigo voice and coincides with online stories & in-store stories.
Review, maintain and improve processes in and across teams
Satisfaction of cross-functional partners

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Functional

Tracking, compiling and analyzing campaign results to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
Identify opportunities for campaign testing, execute and report on results and provide go-forward recommendations
Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them.
Provide other support to projects as needed by the digital marketing team.

Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions quickly and easily.
Share technical knowledge with others and seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself.

**Qualifications**:
Work Experience / Education / Certifications

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in preferably marketing, communications or business
Experience with project management tools like Trello is preferred
Experience in a B2C fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment
Understanding of data-driven marketing

Competencies / Skills / Attributes

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning and time-management/organizational skills
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple highly detailed tasks accurately while reacting with urgency and reprioritizing as needed to ensure all objectives and project deadlines are met
Strong communication skills - dealing with stakeholders daily
