**Job description**
As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets.

Starting base pay of $16.20 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Customer Service & Sales Generation**: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
- **Operations**:Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- **Compliance**: Uphold workplace safety standards.

**Working Conditions**:
Part-Time, 15 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 15 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.

Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

**Les responsabilités sont les suivantes**:

- **Service à la clientèle et génération de ventes**: Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en aidant les clients et en résolvant les problèmes avec une attitude positive. Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente grâce à une excellente connaissance des produits.
- **Opérations**: Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes, y compris le traitement des ventes et des retours, la gestion des stocks et le respect des politiques et procédures opérationnelles.
- **Marchandisage visuel**: Aider à maintenir les normes visuelles du magasin en suivant les directives de marchandisage visuel. Il participe au maintien de la propreté et de l'organisation du magasin.
- **Conformité**: Respecter les normes de sécurité sur le lieu de travail.

**Conditions de travail**:
Temps partiel, 15 heures ou plus par semaine en moyenne. Les employés à temps partiel doivent rester disponibles pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise et peuvent être amenés à travailler plus de 15 heures par semaine, certains jours fériés et certaines dates d'interdiction.

Le travail est effectué avec un effort physique modéré et nécessite de marcher et de se tenir debout pendant la majeure partie de chaque période de travail. Bien que ce poste présente un faible risque de blessure, il nécessite de soulever, pousser, tirer et tenir (jusqu'à 35 livres et plus avec un soutien approprié) des boîtes et des accessoires de magasin, ainsi que de se concentrer pour remplir des documents, gérer la trésorerie ou utiliser le point de vente.
