The incumbent to this position is responsible to maintain a clean environment and ensures that the kitchen tools are ready and in place for the next use.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Stocks and organizes China, glass and cutlery for banquet services.
- Cleans equipment and stainless-steel walls in the kitchen.
- Cleans dishes; removes food waste from plates, fills dishwasher and unloads dishwasher.
- Sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of all storage areas
- Assist Chefs with plated meals as required.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Places importance on quality/standards of cleanliness
- Able to work quickly and safely.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be able to works Flexible Schedule: Days or Afternoons, evenings.
