Cargo Space Network is a Brampton-based logistics service provider specializing in warehousing and transportation support services. We provide a unique combination of products and services to manufacturers and distributors across Ontario. Some of these products and services include reconditioned IBC totes, used wooden pallets, and general warehousing services.

JOB TITLE: Warehouse Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations
- Perform all duties pertaining to shipping and receiving including the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers
- Creating and printing bills of ladings, packing slips, and all other related inbound outbound documentation
- Inventory management and reporting
- Assisting in the onboarding of new customers
- Assisting in keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Allocating adequate warehouse floor space for incoming shipments
- Providing recommendations to improve and streamline operations
- Assist in establishing warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Enforcing all safety protocols, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
- Tracking of all company assets and ordering supplies when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three years experience in a warehousing environment
- Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work comfortably and effectively in a diverse working environment
- A people person who enjoys interacting with staff as well as clients
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written
- Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean professional appearance and manners
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- A high degree of resourcefulness and ability to gather required information via the internet
- Able to provide suggestions on ways to improve the operation
- Forklift certifications and experience with material handling equipment operation
- Must be able to comfortably lift 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
